Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and jd99 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the jd99 website located at jd99.io, including all services, features, content, and functionality offered therein.

By accessing the jd99 platform — whether by browsing, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any promotional offer — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

Account Registration

Deposits & Withdrawals

jd99 supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions on jd99 are denominated in BDT. No currency conversion fee is applied by jd99 on BDT transactions.

Deposits: The minimum deposit on jd99 is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit applied by jd99, although individual payment providers (such as bKash and Nagad) may impose their own transaction limits. Deposits are credited to your jd99 wallet in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. jd99 does not charge a processing fee on deposits.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours for fully verified accounts. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, in accordance with jd99's anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. jd99 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

• All funds deposited into your jd99 wallet must be your own legally obtained funds.
• jd99 does not accept deposits from third parties or joint bank accounts.

Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion at the time of issue. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all jd99 promotions:

• Bonus funds carry a minimum wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount before any withdrawal may be made from the bonus balance.

Betting Rules

All bets placed on the jd99 platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant product — sports betting, live casino, or slots — as published within the platform. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with all applicable betting rules before placing any wager.

With respect to sports betting — including cricket markets covering BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures — the following general rules apply:

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jd99 platform. Engagement in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

In the event of a technical failure that affects bet settlement or game outcomes, jd99 will use its reasonable endeavours to resolve the issue and communicate transparently with affected players.

• jd99 is not liable for any losses arising from telecommunications or internet failures outside its reasonable control.
• jd99 is not liable for losses arising from the player's own decision-making in relation to betting or gaming activities.
• jd99's total aggregate liability to any individual player shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination

jd99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where jd99 determines that the account holder has breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or abusive behaviour, or where jd99 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory obligation.

Players may close their jd99 account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not yet met wagering requirements) will be refunded to the player's registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to the completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements.

jd99 reserves the right to retain player account data for a minimum period of five years following account closure in order to comply with its anti-money laundering record-keeping obligations.

Amendments

jd99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, jd99 will notify registered account holders via the email address on record or via a prominent notice on the platform home screen, no less than 7 days prior to the change taking effect.

Your continued use of the jd99 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jd99 platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts, and jd99 will endeavour to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation before any formal legal proceedings are initiated.
